Software acquisition costs may be a considerable expense in the budget of the company. Often, decisions to implement IT solutions are therefore delayed in time. One-time purchase of a server license, terminal license, access license, and etc. can amount a considerable cost. Is there a solution?
Microsoft meets the expectations of businesses and has in its offer a leasing software program called the SPLA (Microsoft Services Provider License Agreement). As a result, as a Microsoft partner, we can offer the service of providing access to Microsoft software with full rights and application hosting.
How does it work?
You can rent the software and use it as if it were your own. Additionally, you pay on a monthly basis only for actually used software, so you pay for as long as you need to use a certain program. A simple example: you execute a project for which you temporarily employ several people. Additional licenses will be required (for terminals, Office and Exchange). Until now, after the completion of such projects you were left with redundant licenses, which later were not used.
An additional advantage of software lease is the right to use the latest version of the software. There is also no minimum number of licenses required to use this service.
What software is available in service SPLA?
- Microsoft Windows Server
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Microsoft Exchange Server
- Microsoft Office
- Microsoft Sharepoint Server
- Microsoft Project Server
- Microsoft Lync Server
